Football is the most popular sport in the world with some clubs having fans on every continent, if it is one of your passions in life to play at a good level, then why not trial for your University team? After a couple of successful seasons on the bounce we are looking to raise the bar once more.
The 2007/08 season saw both the 1st team squad and 2nd team squads win their leagues respectively, giving them a chance to compete in the BUSA National Vase Trophy in which the 2nd XI reached the last 32 and the 1st XI was painfully knocked out by a 2-1 defeat in the Semi-Finals.
The 2008/09 season saw the 1st team reach the quarter final of the BUCS Cup, only to be knocked out on a penalty shootout against local rivals Leeds Met. The 2nd team saw the league title snatched away from them on goal difference.

Huddersfield University Men’s Football Club Trials
Wednesday 30th September 2009 – 2pm (Be there and prepared for 1.45pm, don’t be late or you will not play!)

The trials will consist of full 90 minute games (11 a-side) on grass, so you will need boots and shinpads.
