► Mission Maldives

This is a volunteer project and development programme to benefit the local island communities in the Maldives. If you're interested in taking a gap year, or spending the summer volunteering, this could be the project for you. There are opportunities in teaching, medicine, agriculture, conservation, sports and more.

These are 'paid for' volunteering projects, costing £399 for a month and £299 for subsequent months. More information about the project is available a www.missionmaldives.com

To register with the project, come up to the iZone on the first floor of the Students' Union.
